ORDER CCI TEHACHAPI, et al., 15 Defendants. 16 17 On March 22, 2017, plaintiff’s complaint was dismissed and thirty days leave to file an 18 amended complaint was granted. Plaintiff was warned that failure to file an amended complaint 19 would result in dismissal. The thirty day period has now expired, and plaintiff has not filed an 20 amended complaint or otherwise responded to the court’s order. Plaintiff has consented to this 21 court’s jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(c). 22 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this action is dismissed without prejudice. 23 See Local Rule 110; Fed.
