WHEREAS the current deadline to complete discovery is April 13, 2018, pursuant to the

Status (Pre-trial Scheduling) Order in this case entered on March 16, 2017;

WHEREAS Plaintiff and Defendant have agreed to go to mediation and agree that good

cause exists to continue the deadline to complete discovery to May 11, 2018, in order to allow the

parties enough time to meaningfully participate in the mediation process;
WHEREAS Plaintiff and Defendant do not intend for any other dates or deadlines in the
