See ECF Nos. 44, 50. 20 21 The Clerk entered default against the sole remaining defendant, Rodelyn Gargantilla Raffs, over a 22 year ago, ECF No. 20 (Mar. 8, 2017), yet plaintiff has since taken no action regarding this 23 defendant. To keep this case moving, the court issued a minute order on September 25, 2017, 24 directing plaintiff to file a declaration as to the status of defendant Raffs or a motion for default 25 judgment against defendant Raffs by October 6, 2017, and warning that failure to heed this 26 instruction may result in sanctions. ECF No. 46.
