ORDER HUFFMAN, 15 Defendant. 16 Plaintiff, proceeding pro se, filed the above-entitled action. The matter was referred to a 17 18 United States Magistrate Judge pursuant to Local Rule 302(c)(21). On June 12, 2017, the magistrate judge filed findings and recommendations herein, which 19 20 were served on all parties and which contained notice to all parties that any objections to the 21 findings and recommendations were to be filed within twenty-one days. Neither party has filed 22 objections to the findings and recommendations. The Court has reviewed the file and finds the findings and recommendations to be 23 24 supported by the record and by the magistrate judge’s analysis. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY 25 ORDERED that: 26 1. The findings and recommendations filed June 12, 2017, are adopted in full; 27 2. Defendant’s motion to dismiss is granted; and 28 /// 1 1 3.
