20
IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED, by and between Bradley Scott Bryan (Plaintiff)
21
and Nancy A. Berryhill, Acting Commissioner of Social Security (Defendant), by and
22
through their respective counsel of record, that Defendant shall have an extension of
23
time of forty-five (45) days to file her Opposition to Plaintiff’s Opening Brief. The
24
current due date is August 17, 2017. The new date will be October 2, 2017. An
25
extension of time is needed because the attorney responsible for briefing this case has a
26
chronic health condition and is currently experiencing a flare-up that will require her to
-1-
1
take some medical leave. Defendant requests a forty-five day extension in order to
2
avoid a need for second extension request. This request is made in good faith with no
3
intention to unduly delay the proceedings. The parties further stipulate that the Court’s
4
Scheduling Order shall be modified accordingly.
