Defendants.

On April 7, 2017, plaintiff filed a document the court construes as a request for
17
reconsideration of the magistrate judge’s orders dated March 17, 2017. Pursuant to E.D. Local
18
Rule 303(f), a magistrate judge’s orders shall be upheld unless “clearly erroneous or contrary to
19
law.” Upon review of the entire file, the court finds that it does not appear that the magistrate
20
judge’s rulings are clearly erroneous or contrary to law.

22
Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that plaintiff’s motion for reconsideration (ECF
No. 11) is denied.
