Local Rule 183(b) requires parties appearing in pro se to keep the court apprised of their

current address. Petitioner is granted sixty days from the date of this order to show cause why

this action should not be dismissed for his failure to comply with Local Rule 183(b). Because

petitioner failed to provide a mailing address, the Clerk of the Court cannot serve petitioner with
25
any orders issued in this action. Therefore, the Clerk is directed to file the instant order without
26
serving petitioner.
