On March 9, 2016, the United States Bankruptcy Appellate Panel of the Ninth Circuit
18
ransferred this action to the district court for the limited purpose of adjudicating the appellant
19
Naeem Ahmad’s motion to proceed in forma pauperis on appeal pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915.
20
(ECF No. 1.)
21
This court has considered the motion to proceed in forma pauperis (ECF No. 2) and the

25
analysis and finds that the appeal is not being taken in good faith. As such, Mr. Ahmad is not
26
entitled to proceed in forma pauperis.
27
Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:

1. The motion to proceed in forma pauperis (ECF No. 2) is DENIED.
