Halloum to the district court for 23 resolution. ECF No. 1 at 1-2. The court is unable to approve the application (ECF No. 2) in its 24 current form, because it does not contain the affidavit (or declaration) required by 28 U.S.C. 25 § 1915(a)(1). 26 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 27 1. The IFP application (ECF No. 2), is DENIED without prejudice to its renewal in 28 1 1 2 compliance with 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(1); and 2.
