22 ACCORDINGLY, the Court hereby ORDERS, ADJUDGES and DECREES as follows:

JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A. (“Chase”) shall DELIVER, within fifteen (15) days of

26 filing this Order, a cashier’s check, money order or company draft in the sum of $7,200.00 drawn from
27 defendant and judgment debtor Ryan McGowan’s bank account(s) The instrument of payment must be
28 made payable to the “Clerk of the Court” and delivered to the United States District Court, Eastern

Chase Bank shall DELIVER, within fifteen (15) days of the filing of this Order, a

4 cashier’s check, money order, or company draft in the sum of $720.00 drawn from defendant and
5 judgment debtor Ryan McGowan’s bank account(s). The instrument of payment must be made payable
6 to the “Department of Justice” and mailed to U.S. Department of Justice, Nationwide Central Intake
7 Facility, Post Office 790363, St. Louis, Missouri 63179-0363. Chase Bank must state the United States
8 Attorney’s Office case number 2017A10764 on this payment instrument.
