Plaintiff is a state prisoner proceeding pro se with this this civil rights action filed pursuant
13
to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. By order filed November 9, 2018, the undersigned denied plaintiff’s motion
14
to proceed in forma pauperis under the three-strikes rule set forth in 28 U.S.C. §1915(g). See
15
ECF No. 33. This court directed plaintiff to submit the full filing fee of $400.00 within fourteen
16
days, and informed plaintiff that “[f]ailure to timely comply with this directive will result in the
17
dismissal of this action.” Id. at 2. The deadline for submitting the fee has passed and plaintiff has
18
not submitted the filing fee or otherwise communicated with this court.
19
Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this action is dismissed without prejudice.
