stipulate that WinCo may have a 28-day time extension, from March 23, 2017 to April 20, 2017

to respond to Plaintiff’s Complaint. This is the second extension of time to respond to the

Complaint.

The Parties also request the Court to extend the time, by 28 days, for the parties to file
their Joint Status Report, from April 3, 2017 to May 1, 2017.
The reason for these extensions is to allow time for the Parties to attempt to resolve this
matter without further litigation.
