The PLAINTIFFS hereby submits a Request for Order of Dismissal of Entire Action pursuant to
FRCP Rule 41(a)(2).
All PLAINTIFFS and all DEFENDANTS (“PARTIES”) entered into a Settlement Agreement

(“Agreement”) pursuant to the terms and conditions agreed to by the PARTIES during the court ordered
22
mediation. Each and every condition of said Agreement was fulfilled by the PARTIES.
23
Accordingly, the PLAINTIFFS request an order of dismissal of each and every cause of action
24
against each and every DEFENDANT and the court order the case closed.
