Plaintiff’s counsel has had multiple demands in other cases resulting in scheduling 20 difficulties. The parties request this extension in good faith, with no intent to prolong 21 proceedings unduly. 22 Defendant does not object to allowing Plaintiff the additional time to draft his 23 motion for summary judgment and, subject to the Court’s approval, stipulates to thirty 24 (30) days extension of time to allow Plaintiff to file his motion for summary judgment in 25 this action. Plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment or remand is now due on October 26 30, 2017.
