Defendants.
15
Plaintiffs Anthony Monte, Phil Monte, and Patricia Monte, proceeding through counsel,
16
17
commenced this action on February 23, 2017, by filing a complaint and requests to proceed in
18
forma pauperis. (ECF Nos. 1-4.) On March 1, 2017, the matter was referred to a United States
19
Magistrate Judge for the resolution of plaintiffs’ motions to proceed in forma pauperis. (ECF No.

5.)
On March 7, 2017, the magistrate judge filed findings and recommendations herein which
21

were served on plaintiffs and which contained notice to plaintiffs that any objections to the
23
findings and recommendations were to be filed within fourteen days after service of the findings

and recommendations. The fourteen-day period has expired, and no plaintiff has filed any
25
objections to the findings and recommendations.
The Court has reviewed the file and finds the findings and recommendations to be
