HORNEA, et al., 15 Defendants. 16 17 Plaintiff, a county inmate proceeding pro se, has filed a civil rights action pursuant to 42 18 U.S.C. § 1983. On March 20, 2017, plaintiff was directed to submit an application to proceed in 19 forma pauperis. ECF No. 4. Plaintiff has now filed a request for leave to proceed in forma 20 pauperis pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915. ECF No. 5. Plaintiff has not, however, filed a certified 21 copy of her prison trust account statement for the six month period immediately preceding the 22 filing of the complaint. See 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(2). Plaintiff will be provided the opportunity to 23 submit the certified copy in support of her application to proceed in forma pauperis. In accordance with the above, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that plaintiff shall submit, 24 25 within thirty days from the date of this order, a certified copy of her prison trust account 26 //// 27 //// 28 //// 1 1 statement for the six month period immediately preceding the filing of the complaint.
