FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
EQUIFAX CREDIT INFORMATION
SOLUTIONS, INC., RICHARD F.
SMITH,
15
Defendants.
16
On January 10, 2018, the court dismissed plaintiff’s complaint with leave to amend.1 The
17
18
order explained the complaint’s deficiencies, gave plaintiff thirty days to file an amended
19
complaint correcting those deficiencies, and warned plaintiff that failure to file an amended
20
complaint would result in a recommendation that this action be dismissed. ECF No. 3. The court
21
subsequently granted plaintiff’s request for an extension of time, ordered her to file her amended
22
complaint by June 2, 2018, and again admonished her that failure to file an amended complaint
23
would result in a recommendation that this action be dismissed. ECF No. 5.
The deadline has passed and plaintiff has not filed an amended complaint or otherwise
24
25
responded to the order.
