LEWIS, et al., 15 ORDER Defendants. 16 Plaintiff, a pro se prisoner pursuing a civil rights action, has filed a motion for a thirty-day 17 18 extension of time to file objections to the findings and recommendations related to screening of 19 the second amended complaint (“SAC”). ECF No. 79. A previous motion to extend the 20 objections deadline, ECF No. 76, was denied. The district judge subsequently adopted the 21 findings and recommendations. ECF No. 78. The request for an extension of time is therefore 22 moot. Because the SAC has been screened and certain claims and defendants have been 23 24 dismissed (see ECF Nos. 75, 78), the remaining defendants will be directed to respond. 25 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 26 1. Plaintiff’s motion for an extension of time (ECF No. 79), is DENIED as moot; and 27 //// 28 //// 1 1 2.
