DAVEY, Warden, 15 Respondent. 16 Petitioner, a state prisoner proceeding pro se, filed an application for a writ of habeas 17 18 corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254 on April 6, 2017, ECF No. 1, and has now filed a completed 19 affidavit in support of his request to proceed in forma pauperis. Review of that affidavit 20 demonstrates that petitioner is qualified under 28 U.S.C. section 1915(a) for that status. 21 Petitioner’s application to proceed in forma pauperis is therefore GRANTED.
