On March 25, 2020, the court stayed these proceedings to permit 19 petitioner to exhaust available state court remedies. ECF No. 30. By the same order, petitioner 20 was directed to file a status report every 90 days indicating what efforts he has taken to exhaust 21 his state court remedies. To date, petitioner has not filed any status report. 22 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 23 1.
