The parties stipulate , subject to the approval of the Court, Plaintiff shall

be granted a thirty-day extension from the current date of December 9, 2017 deadline to file

Plaintiff's Opening Brief. This is Plaintiff's first request for an extension. There is good cause for

this extension as the parties were in discussion as to a voluntary remand. Therefore, the parties
23
jointly request an extension up to and including January 10, 2018.
