IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED, by and between plaintiff Teresa Victoria Zumpano

(Plaintiff) and Nancy A. Berryhill, Acting Commissioner of Social Security (the Commissioner
22
or Defendant), through their respective counsel of record, and with the approval of the Court,
23
that this action be remanded for further administrative proceedings pursuant to sentence four of
24
42 U.S.C. § 405(g).
25
The Appeals Council will remand the case to an administrative law judge (ALJ). On
26
remand, the Appeals Council will instruct the ALJ to further evaluate Plaintiff’s mental
27
impairments, to further consider the medical evidence, including but not limited to medical
28

opinion evidence concerning physical and mental impairments, to reconsider Plaintiff’s residual
2
functional capacity as appropriate, to take further action as needed to complete the administrative
3
record, and to issue a new decision.

The parties further request that the Clerk of the Court be directed to enter a final
5
judgment in favor of Plaintiff, and against Defendant, reversing the final decision of the
6
Commissioner.
