ORDER RAFAEL MIRANDA, et al., 15 Defendants. 16 Plaintiff, a state prisoner proceeding pro se, has filed a civil rights action pursuant to 42 17 18 U.S.C. § 1983. On May 19, 2017, the court ordered plaintiff to file a request to proceed in forma 19 pauperis or pay the $400 filing fee within 30 days. Plaintiff has not complied with the court’s 20 order. Good cause appearing, plaintiff will be provided one more opportunity to comply with the 21 May 19 order. Failure to do so will result in dismissal. 22 In accordance with the above, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 23 1. Plaintiff shall submit, within thirty days from the date of this order, an affidavit in 24 support of his request to proceed in forma pauperis on the form provided by the Clerk of Court, or 25 the required fees in the amount of $400.00; plaintiff’s failure to comply with this order will result 26 in a dismissal; and 27 ///// 28 ///// 1 1 2.
