On May 23, 2019, defendant Giddings renewed a motion for summary judgment

originally filed November 16, 2018. Plaintiff has not opposed the motion. Good cause

19

appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that within thirty days of the date of this order, plaintiff

20

shall file an opposition to the motion for summary judgment or a statement of non-opposition.

21

Failure to comply with this order will result in dismissal of this action pursuant to Federal Rule of

22

Civil Procedure 41(b).
