The parties to the above-captioned matter1 have stipulated to alter the Pretrial Scheduling

Order entered in this case on October 15, 2017, ECF No. 8. The court has reviewed the

Stipulation and found that good cause exists for the changes requested and that those changes will

not interfere with the other elements of the court’s Scheduling Order.

In light of the foregoing IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:

Discovery must be completed by June 8, 2018;

2.

All other aspects of the Pretrial Scheduling Order remain in full force and effect.
