Plaintiff is a county inmate proceeding without counsel in an action brought under 42
17
U.S.C. § 1983. On June 15, 2017, plaintiff filed a form indicating her consent to the jurisdiction
18
of a magistrate judge. ECF No. 6. On September 8, 2017, the court properly dismissed her
19
complaint by order (as opposed to issuing findings and recommendations), and judgment was
20
entered. See ECF No. 11 (explaining that pursuant to Younger v. Harris, 401 U.S. 37 (1971), this
21
court could not interfere with plaintiff’s state court criminal proceedings); ECF No. 13. On
22
September 19, 2017, plaintiff filed a 96-page document titled “objection to magistrates findings.”
23
ECF No. 14. The court takes no action on the filing as this case is now closed. Plaintiff is hereby
24
informed that the court will not respond to future filings in this action that are not authorized by
25
the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure or the Federal Rules of Appellate Procedure.
