The Court, having reviewed the Stipulation of the Parties and good cause appearing,

therefore:
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiffs Matthew Davies and Molly Thompson are
5
granted leave to file an Amended Complaint, which is to be filed with the Court within ten
6
(10) days of this Order.

IT IS ALSO ORDERED that Defendant Premier Community Credit Union’s responsive
8
pleading shall be due thirty (30) days after the Amended Complaint is filed. Defendants Equifax,
9
Inc. and Experian Information Solutions, Inc. (collectively referred to hereinafter as “Reporting
10
Agency Defendants”) shall not be required to answer the Amended Complaint, and all denials,
11
responses, and affirmative defenses contained in the answers filed by the Reporting Agency
12
Defendants to the original Complaint shall be responsive to the Amended Complaint.
