There was no appearance by or on behalf of any other person or 12 entity claiming an interest in the above-captioned defendant properties to oppose the United States’ 13 motion. The Magistrate Judge has recommended that the United States’ motion be granted. Based on 14 the Magistrate Judge’s Findings and Recommendations and the files and records of the Court, it is: 15 ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED: 16 1. The Magistrate Judge’s Findings and Recommendations are adopted herein. 17 2. Cesar Erendira Nava, Hector M. Mariscol aka Hector M.
