On January 17, 2018, plaintiff filed a Motion 20 for Reconsideration. ECF No. 14. Plaintiff’s case was closed on December 20, 2017. ECF No. 21 10. The case is currently on appeal at the Ninth Circuit. ECF No. 12. Plaintiff is advised that 22 documents filed by plaintiff since the closing date, in the absence of specific direction from the 23 Ninth Circuit, will be disregarded and no orders will issue in response to future filings.
