On August 27, 2021, defendants filed a motion for summary judgment. ECF No. 49. The

time for responding has now passed, and plaintiff has not opposed the motion or requested an
19
extension of time. Good cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that within twenty-one
20
days after the service of this order, plaintiff shall file and serve an opposition to the motion for
21
summary judgment or a statement of non-opposition. Failure to comply with this order will result
22
in the dismissal without prejudice of this action for failure to prosecute pursuant to Federal Rule
23
of Civil Procedure 41(b).
