AVTAR ATWAL, et al., 15 ORDER Defendants. 16 17 The matter was referred to a United States Magistrate Judge pursuant to Local Rule 18 302(c)(19). On January 30, 2020, the magistrate judge filed findings and recommendations 19 herein which were served on plaintiff and which contained notice that any objections to the 20 findings and recommendations were to be filed within fourteen days after service of the findings 21 and recommendations. The fourteen-day period has expired, and plaintiff has not filed any 22 objections to the findings and recommendations. The court has reviewed the file and finds the findings and recommendations to be 23 24 supported by the record and by the magistrate judge’s analysis. 1. The findings and recommendations filed January 30, 2020 (ECF No. 22) are adopted in 25 26 full; 2. Plaintiff’s June 21, 2019 motion for default judgment (ECF No. 18) is granted; 27 28 //// 1 1 2 3. Judgment is entered against defendants Avtar Atwal, Sukhwinder Kaur, Khader Habibeh, and Nancy Habibeh; 3 4. Defendants are ordered to pay $4,000 in statutory damages; 4 5.
