ORDER SOLANO STATE PRISON, 15 Defendant. 16 17 Plaintiff is a state prisoner, proceeding without counsel, with a civil rights action pursuant 18 to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Plaintiff has consented to the jurisdiction of the undersigned. (ECF No. 6.) On August 15, 2017, the undersigned dismissed plaintiff’s complaint with thirty days to 19 20 file an amended complaint. (ECF No. 7.) On August 25, 2017, plaintiff filed a letter with the 21 court (docketed as “amended complaint”) requesting an extension of time to file an amended 22 complaint. (ECF No. 11.) On September 13, 2017, the undersigned granted plaintiff thirty days 23 to file an amended complaint. (ECF No. 12.)
