IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED, by and between the parties, through their respective

counsel of record, that the time for responding to Plaintiff’s Motion for Summary Judgment be

extended from April 12, 2018, to May 13, 2018. This is Defendant’s first request for an

24

extension of time to respond to Plaintiff’s motion. Defendant respectfully requests this

25

additional time because the undersigned attorney is preparing substantive pleadings in three

26

employment discrimination cases before different tribunals - the United States District Court in

27

the District of Arizona, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), Los Angeles

28

District Office, and the EEOC Office of Federal Operations - that are due April 11, April 13, and
April 30, respectively.
