That the contents of this stipulation are expressly based on DEFENDANT 7 SUMMIT RECEIVABLES and ANTHONY GUADAGNA’s joint and mutual understanding that: 8 9 10 a. DEFENDANT SUMMIT RECEIVABLES cannot be represented in this matter without counsel; 11 12 b. In the event that ANTHONY GUADAGNA, personally, does not retain 13 new counsel in this matter; and in the further event that PLAINTIFFS LAURA 14 NORDYKE and BONNIE NORDYKE pursue default judgment in this matter; then 15 DEFENDANT SUMMIT RECEIVABLES will not be represented by counsel in this 16 matter when PLAINTIFFS LAURA NORDYKE and BONNIE NORDYKE prove up their 17 default judgment amount; 18 / / / 19 / / / 20 / / / 21 / / / 22 / / / 23 / / / 24 / / / 25 / / / 26 / / / 27 / / / 28 1 /// 2 /// 3 /// 4 5 c.
