IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between Plaintiff DEBRA LYNN

2 MEDFORD (“Plaintiff”) and Defendants U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS
3 TRUSTEE FOR CMALT REMIC 2006-A2, REMIC PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES,
4 SERIES 2006-A2; CITIMORTGAGE, INC.; and CITICORP MORTGAGE
5 SECURITIES, INC. (“Defendants”) as follows:

On September 25, 2017, Defendants filed a Motion to Dismiss the Complaint

7 of Plaintiff, setting it for hearing on November 30, 2017;

On November 1, 2017, the Court issued an order vacating the hearing on the

9 Motion to Dismiss and stating that the opposition and reply due dates shall be in

15 have a 14-day extension to file their Reply, making any Reply brief in support of the
