RECITALS 5 6 7 WHEREAS, Plaintiff filed his Verified Complaint for Damages and Equitable Relief (“Complaint”) in this action on August 28, 2017. 8 WHEREAS, Plaintiff served the Complaint on Defendant on August 30, 2017. 9 WHEREAS, the deadline for Defendant’s response to Plaintiff’s complaint is currently 10 September 20, 2017. 11 WHEREAS, the Parties are exploring and discussing potential resolutions to this matter. 12 WHEREAS, the Parties have not completed those discussions and require additional time 13 14 15 to do so.
