Pursuant to E.D. Local Rule 303(f), a magistrate judge’s orders shall be 20 upheld unless “clearly erroneous or contrary to law.” Id. Upon review of the entire file, the court 21 finds that it does not appear that the magistrate judge’s ruling was clearly erroneous or contrary to 22 law. 23 Therefore, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that, upon reconsideration, the order of the 24 magistrate judge filed December 13, 2017 is affirmed. 25 Dated: January 24, 2018 26 27 28 1
