On April 2, 2018, service was returned executed on defendants 19 Caskey and Soto. (ECF No. 21.) On April 6, 2018, the undersigned referred this action to the 20 Post-Screening ADR Project and stayed this case for 120 days. (ECF No. 22.) On May 3, 2018, defendants filed a motion to opt out of the pilot program. (ECF No. 27.) 21 22 Good cause appearing, defendants’ motion is granted. 23 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 24 1.
