Order at 1, ECF 21 No. 24. The government filed a notice of consent to dismiss the case, ECF No. 25, but the relator 22 did not respond to the second order to show cause. The court now discharges the order to show cause at ECF No. 24 and ORDERS 23 24 relator to pay sanctions in the amount of $250.00 for failure to serve the complaint on the 25 defendant as ordered previously, and for failure to respond to the court’s second order to show 26 cause.
