On September 28, 2017, plaintiff filed a motion to amend his original social security

complaint filed on September 20, 2017, to correct two inadvertent mistakes. (ECF No. 4.)

Plaintiff’s motion is GRANTED. Within fourteen (14) days of this order, plaintiff shall file a first
21
amended complaint, which plaintiff shall then promptly serve on the Commissioner of Social
22
Security in accordance with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
