Plaintiff, formerly a state prisoner, is proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis and has

filed this civil rights action seeking relief under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. The matter was referred to a

19

United States Magistrate Judge pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 302.
On January 5, 2022, Defendants filed a motion to modify the Discovery and Scheduling

Order in this case. See ECF No. 44. Plaintiff does not oppose the request. See id. at 4. Good

cause appearing, the motion will be granted.

Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:

1. Defendants’ Motion to Modify Scheduling Order (ECF No. 44) is GRANTED;

2. The parties may conduct discovery up to and including May 11, 2022;

Defendants in the motion. See ECF No. 44 at 7. These new dates have been generated from their
respective dates in the prior discovery schedule order modification. See ECF No. 43.
