ORDER ERIC ARNOLD, et al., 15 Defendants. 16 Plaintiff, formerly a state prisoner, is proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis and has 17 18 filed this civil rights action seeking relief under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. The matter was referred to a 19 United States Magistrate Judge pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 302. On January 5, 2022, Defendants filed a motion to modify the Discovery and Scheduling 20 21 Order in this case. See ECF No. 44. Plaintiff does not oppose the request. See id. at 4. Good 22 cause appearing, the motion will be granted. 23 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 24 1. Defendants’ Motion to Modify Scheduling Order (ECF No. 44) is GRANTED; 25 2.
