(ECF No. 1.) The 21 case has been referred to the undersigned pursuant to Local Rule 302(c)(21). On January 23, 22 2018, an order issued setting this matter for a Status (Pretrial Scheduling) Conference on March 23 9, 2018. (ECF No. 4.) However, on February 13, 2018, defendants’ filed a motion to dismiss. (ECF No. 5.) 24 25 Defendants’ motion to dismiss will be heard before the undersigned on May 18, 2018. (ECF No. 26 15.)
