IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between Plaintiff Jerry Prater (“Plaintiff”)
2 and Defendant CIT Bank, N.A. d/b/a OneWest Bank FSB (“Defendant”) (Collectively, the
3 "Parties") by and through their counsel of record, hereby stipulate and agree as follows:

Plaintiff filed a Complaint in this action on October 26, 2017;

The Complaint was served on Defendant on November 3, 2017, and
6 Defendant's deadline to file a response to the Complaint is November 27, 2017;

The Parties agree and stipulate that Defendant’s deadline to file an answer to
8 the Complaint shall be extended two weeks until and including December 11, 2017; and

This stipulated extension will not result in prejudice to any party and it is not
