STIPULATION
Plaintiff Candler and Defendants Lebeck and Huynh hereby stipulate to the authenticity of

the following proposed trial exhibits: Joint Exhibits 1 through 12; Plaintiff’s Exhibits 1 through 8,

4

14 through 15, and 17; and Defendants’ Exhibits A through F. The parties specifically reserve

5

the right to object to the listed exhibits on any other ground other than authenticity. The parties

6

agree that by stipulating to authenticity, none of the listed exhibits are automatically admissible at

7

trial, but are subject to any other objection that is proper under the Federal Rules of Evidence.
