Plaintiff,
v.
ORDER
COMMISSIONER OF SOCIAL
SECURITY,
Defendant.
17
18
Plaintiff, who is proceeding pro se, brings this action for judicial review of a final
19
decision of the Commissioner of Social Security under 42 U.S.C. ยง 405(g). On August 10, 2018,
20
the court directed plaintiff to show cause why this action should not be dismissed for failure to
21
submit documents for service. A review of the docket reflects that plaintiff has now complied
22
with service requirements. The order to show cause is, therefore, discharged.
23
IT IS SO ORDERED.
