28 CONTINUED to 9/10/2020 at 11:00 am and will be conducted by Zoom videoconference.”

WHEREAS, counsel for Plaintiff has a conflict with the September 10th hearing date.

WHEREAS, counsel for the parties have met and conferred and are all available on

THEREFORE, the parties stipulate to continue the hearing on Plaintiff’s Motion for

5 Summary Judgment to September 17, 2020, at 11:00 a.m., and respectfully request that the Court
6 adopt the proposed order submitted by email and filed concurrently with this stipulation.
