IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between Plaintiff Cleveland Vickers

(“Plaintiff”) and Defendants Nation’s Giant Hamburgers No. 22 and Nation’s Foodservice, Inc.

(collectively “Defendants”), by and through their counsel of record, previously entered into a

stipulation granting Defendants to and including February 23, 2018 to file a responsive pleading

5

in this matter (Dkt. 8);

WHEREAS, Defendants are determining representation;

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between the Parties

that Defendants may have to and including March 5, 2018 to file a responsive pleading in this

matter. This extension of time does not alter the date of any event or any deadline already fixed
