Petitioner is a state prisoner, proceeding pro se, with an application for writ of habeas

corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. On October 11, 2019, petitioner filed a motion to
19
voluntarily withdraw this petition.

Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that respondent notify this court, within seven
21
days, whether he has any objection to the dismissal of this action. Should defendants fail to
22
respond, petitioner’s request will be granted pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(2).
