Plaintiff’s motion for leave to take the deposition of Lt. Todd Thiessen (ECF No. 23) is DENIED; 2. Plaintiff’s motion for leave to take the deposition of Dr. Bruce Gage (ECF No. 23) is GRANTED; and 3.
