The United States of America applies for an order of publication as follows:

1.
Rule G(4) of the Supplemental Rules for Admiralty or Maritime Claims and Asset
24 Forfeiture Actions (hereafter “Supplemental Rules”) provides that the United States shall cause public
25 notice of the action to be given in a newspaper of general circulation or on the official internet
26 government forfeiture site;

2.
Local Rule 171, Eastern District of California, provides that the Court shall designate by

1 order the appropriate newspaper or other vehicle for publication;

The defendant Approximately $123,513.00 in ownership payouts from Yreka Junction
3 Investors, LP since June 20, 2013 and Approximately $150,000 in proceeds from the sale of real property
4 located at 1358 Blue Oaks Boulevard, Roseville, California (hereafter “defendant funds”) were seized in
5 the city of Sacramento, in Sacramento County, California. The defendant 10% ownership share in Yreka
6 Junction Investors, LP represents ownership shares of a California partnership owning real property
7 located in the Eastern District of California.

The United States proposes that publication be made as follows:

a.
One publication;

b.
Thirty (30) consecutive days;

c.
On the official internet government forfeiture site www.forfeiture.gov;

d.
The publication is to include the following:

(1)
The Court and case number of the action;
14
(2)
The date of the seizure/posting;
15
(3)
The identity and/or description of the property seized/posted;
16
(4)
The name and address of the attorney for the United States;
17
(5)
A statement that claims of persons entitled to possession or claiming an
18 interest pursuant to Supplemental Rule G(5) must be filed with the Court and served on the attorney for
19 the United States no later than 60 days after the first day of publication on the official internet
20 government forfeiture site; and
